Training
It is not
enough to have a technology in your
organization, you must also have the training to
use it and reap the benefits of the investment.
We see so many companies invest thousands of
dollars in technology and then assume everyone
in the organization knows how to use it.
What we know
from working with organizations these past few
years is most computer users only know enough to
do their immediate job. Further, most of
these do not know better ways to do their job,
they only know what they've had to figure out,
or what their predecessor taught them. In
many cases it is the slowest way to do the work.
We also know
most folks won't ask for assistance because they
believe "everyone knows that" so I would be
embarrassed to ask so I won't.
Our classes
teach people what they need to do to improve
performance in their workplace. We teach
what folks won't ask and we teach what they need
to know in their job.
Our classes
are based upon how our company works, and how
Microsoft intended the software to be utilized,
and most importantly on what you need to do in
your organization.
